Hatha-Vinyasa Fusion
This class is a blend between Vinyasa and Hatha yoga drawing in elements that are simultaneously heating and calming. Suitable for all levels including those with current or past injuries. This sweet combination includes breathwork/meditation, sun salutations that move us into yoga flows to increase the heart rate and warm our bodies, which assists in enhancing mobility and flexibility. Flows include static yoga poses held for several breaths focusing on alignment and recovery. The class then slows down moving into shapes that promote relaxation.
